Description:

In the structure of Model GJFJV single core optical cable, the multiple Kevlar yarn is used as reinforcement on the outdise of the tight jacketed single mode or multimode optical fiber and the fire retardant sheath is extruded to form an optical cable. The performance of the product is better than the mational standard as the premium optical fiber is selected with rational number of Kevlar yarn and design tension and made by special equipment with precision mold.

Description:
The KT3013 GJFJV multi-purpose distribution cable is designed for high-performance indoor fiber optic applications. Each cable features a tightly jacketed single-mode or multimode optical fiber, reinforced by multiple Kevlar yarns for durability and tensile strength. A fire-retardant LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath is extruded to provide safety and reliability in indoor environments.

The premium optical fiber and precision manufacturing process ensure geometric and transmission performance surpassing national standards.

Characteristics:

  1. Superior Processing: High-quality extrusion with excellent linearity and minimal extrusion rate ensures optimal stripping performance.
  2. Fire Retardancy: Both the tight jacket and external sheath are made from fire-retardant materials for enhanced safety.
  3. Stringent Quality Control: Optical fibers are rigorously selected to meet geometric and transmission specifications, ensuring superior performance.

Technical Parameters:

The GJFJV-2~24 cable has a diameter ranging from 4.0 to 8.0 mm and weighs between 12 and 58 kg per kilometer. Its tensile strength is rated at 200 N for long-term use and 660 N for short-term use. The cable offers a crush resistance of 300 N/100mm in long-term applications and 1000 N/100mm in short-term scenarios. For bending, the static radius is 10 times the cable diameter, while the dynamic radius is 20 times the diameter.

Optical Fiber Characteristics:

For 9/125μm single-mode fiber (SM), the attenuation is ≤0.8 dB/km at 1310nm and ≤0.6 dB/km at 1550nm, with no bandwidth specified.

For 50/125μm multimode fiber (MM), the attenuation is ≤3.5 dB/km at 850nm and ≤1.5 dB/km at 1300nm, with a bandwidth of ≥200 MHz·km at 850nm and ≥400 MHz·km at 1300nm.

For 62.5/125μm multimode fiber (MM), the attenuation is ≤3.5 dB/km at 850nm and ≤1.5 dB/km at 1300nm, with a bandwidth of ≥160 MHz·km at 850nm and ≥300 MHz·km at 1300nm.
